Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges on items within 30 days of purchase. If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund. It may take up to 15 business days to receive your refund back into your account from the point the item is delivered to us. This is also dependent on your bank institution.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipments and costs. We will issue a refund for the return once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse. Once you have dropped off your item(s) with the shipping carrier, please be sure to reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@mancaveclocks.com with your package's return tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in-transit.
Warranty Policy
Parts and clock motor covered for 1 year after date of purchase.
