When will my order ship?

  • All of our clocks are built-to-order. Please give us 24 hours to process the order. Typically after we receive your order, it should be built within 24-48 hours and shipped out. If ordering a custom clock, your order will be sent to our graphic designer to render an image. Once the rendering is approved by you, your clock will be shipped out as soon as it is built.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do! An additional shipping fee will be charged to ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

  • In the event we send you the wrong item, please reach out to our team at info@mancaveclocks.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP! We know this can be frustrating (and rarely happens), but we are human.

I didn’t receive a plug for my neon clock. Can you send me one?

  • While we know you aren’t brainless, we ask that you kindly check the sides of the Styrofoam, first! Sometimes, the plug adapter can get stuck in there. If it is still not there, send us an email to info@mancaveclocks.com and we will get one to you as fast as we can!

My neon clock lights went out. Can they be fixed?

  • Your neon will roughly last you 15 years if left on continuously! If both lights are out (inside tube & outside tube) it is most likely the plug adapter that needs to be replaced! Email us at info@mancaveclocks.com for a replacement.
  • If only one light is out, we can replace that neon tube without a problem! Contact us and we will get you squared away!

Is it real neon? Or LED?

  • All sizes of our clocks are TRUE neon. Depending on the color, a combination of argon gas and neon gas is used.

Are your products assembled in the USA?

  • 100%. Even our metal for the clock background is sourced from Knoxville, TN!

Can the clocks hang outside?

  • We don’t recommend hanging the clocks outside exposed to the elements. They function properly inside, like a garage or office.
